Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Associate Director of Paid Social Media to spearhead and implement strategic paid social initiatives across various platforms. This pivotal role involves managing multiple client accounts, supervising paid social campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engagement and achieve key business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
  • Design targeting strategies to effectively engage the appropriate audience for each campaign.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create and refine engaging ad content including images, videos, and copy to optimize campaign performance.
  • Administer and optimize paid social budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
  • Utilize platform analytics to monitor KPIs, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Media, Investment, and Analytics, to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Remain informed on the latest developments in paid social media to keep clients at the forefront of the industry.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
  • Lead and nurture the paid social media team, promoting a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in paid social media management with a strong emphasis on strategic development and team leadership.
  • Proven success in directing paid social campaigns across diverse clients and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior clients.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in utilizing platform tools to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry tools.
  • Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
