Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies that resonate with the broader marketing goals of clients.
- Direct the planning, execution, and management of paid social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Design and assess various advertisement creatives—ranging from visuals to copy—to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage the paid social media budget, ensuring judicious allocation to meet client objectives effectively.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, focusing on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams—Media, Investment, and Analytics—to ensure consistency in messaging and creative outputs.
- Stay attuned to emerging trends in social media marketing to keep clients at the forefront of industry standards.
- Provide in-depth reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and areas for improvement.
- Cultivate and mentor the paid social team, nurturing a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of major paid social platforms, including their functionalities and capabilities.
- Proven track record in developing and leading comprehensive paid social strategies for diverse clients.
- Strong leadership abilities with prior experience in mentoring a team of professionals.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging with senior-level clients.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role focused on paid social media.
- Demonstrated expertise in in-platform campaign management and execution.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
