Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (pro-rata for part-time)

In response to growing demand for Chief Revenue Officers (CROs), Chief Commercial Officers (CCOs), and their supporting teams, we are seeking a commercially minded Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in both driving our pipeline of new clients and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new client relationships, leveraging your network to grow Sanderson King’s reach.
- Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Partner with clients to understand their needs, creating bespoke recruitment strategies for CRO, CCO, and commercial leadership roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent, ensuring we deliver the right candidates for our clients’ growth and success.
- Market Expertise: Provide clients with insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in commercial and revenue leadership recruitment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sanderson King team to develop strategies that align with our vision and commercial goals.

- Experience: A proven track record in recruitment, business development, or sales, ideally within commercial or senior-level hiring.
- Network: An established network of contacts and the ability to transform connections into meaningful client relationships.
