Job Overview
Join our esteemed global consulting firm, where you will contribute significantly to our business development efforts within the insurance sector. As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Strategic Accounts Associate and engage in a dynamic remote work environment that values hard work and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore potential insurance clients who are not yet engaged with our firm.
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing Partners to assess campaign outcomes impacting the Insurance Division Strategic Account Team.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships on assigned accounts.
- Serve as an internal liaison for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Oversee assigned project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Collect insights from insurance customers and analyze competitor data.
- Craft and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective insurance clients and internal audiences.
- Manage assigned business development activities utilizing Asana.
- Identify, track, and incorporate qualified insurance prospects into the sales pipeline.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the insurance industry to drive business expansion.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a remote setting.
- Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
- Comfortable with daily interactions via video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Uphold integrity and professionalism in all engagements.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Business Development or Strategic Accounts.
