As an Associate Branch Manager within our National Branch Network in the Consumer, Small, and Business Banking division, you will play a pivotal role in leading a diverse, high-performing team while cultivating a culture of engagement and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide your team to effectively implement business strategies and achieve performance targets.
  • Lead initiatives focused on customer engagement, ensuring team members proactively meet customer needs.
  • Address and resolve issues impacting both customer and employee experiences, as well as driving business growth.
  • Identify methods to enhance customer banking experiences through education and the promotion of digital banking options.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to provide exceptional, customer-centric service.
  • Oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of staff members.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in nurturing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas for employee empowerment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a branch network, supported by relevant training or education.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, demonstrating ability to inspire and guide team members.
  • Relevant military experience is an advantage.
