Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft tailored marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs that facilitate clear communication for all creative initiatives.
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Project Manager to efficiently manage project intake, timelines, and progress updates.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Engage with cross-functional marketing team members, including copywriters and designers, to co-create effective strategies.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of program goals to ensure marketing efforts are strategically aligned.
- Assist in budget management to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate technical information from program teams to support accurate project execution.
- Review creative projects to ensure adherence to client branding and requirements, coordinating feedback with stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, including developing agendas and leading meetings when necessary.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with Adobe software, Zoom, and project management platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Resourceful and proactive with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven customer service aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of processes and analytics.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or substantial coursework completed) in marketing or related discipline.
- Three to five years of marketing experience, focusing on project management, strategy development, and client relationship management.
- Experience in energy conservation or utility incentive programs is preferred.
- Previous experience managing multiple clients and programs across various locations is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
