What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the creation and development of high-quality content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of editors, offering guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to content strategy by planning editing calendars and content roadmaps.
• Implement quality control measures, ensuring top editing standards across multiple projects.
• Review and provide feedback on scripts, collaborating closely with writers.
• Monitor production elements like footage, sound, and visual effects, ensuring they meet project standards.
• Address potential production issues by identifying challenges and collaborating on solutions.
• Support post-production efforts, reviewing edits and coordinating with the production team.

Background & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production leader or content management role.
• English Skill: Professional Level
• Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.
• Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
