We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about product development and eager to contribute to innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!
The Associate Product Manager will support the product lifecycle for the Subcontractor product line, from idea generation to execution and launch. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, as well as cross-functional teams in development, design, and marketing, to ensure that our subcontractor product is delivering on quality, value, and delight!
What you will be doing
  • Manage smaller products or features independently, with guidance from the Senior Product Manager.
  • Monitor product metrics and milestones, providing updates and reports to the Senior PM and leadership team.
  • Assist in managing the product roadmap and backlog for the Subcontractor product line, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to gather and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to refine features, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Assist in the execution of product launches, coordinating efforts between teams and managing timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Communicate product updates and improvements to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer interviews to extract qualitative product insights, and synthesize interviews for broader product team consumption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our product remains competitive.
What you will need to be successful
  • Preferably previous startup experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in software, SaaS, or construction technology.
  • Intrinsically motivated! You take pride in your work, have a high personal standard for work quality, and an ownership mentality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working with tools like Jira or similar project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Experience in construction technology or the construction industry is a plus.
