About You

As an Associate Product Manager, you will bridge Product Development and Project Management, playing a vital role in ensuring that client expectations are met within TAG’s Beyond Recovery (BR) space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, clients, and internal teams, driving product innovation from inception to delivery. You’ll be key in identifying client needs, managing projects, and ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

**This position is a hybrid (in office & remote) role. Candidates must be able to work in the corporate office in Chesterfield, MO a minimum of three (3) days per week. During an approximate 30-day probationary period, in-office attendance will be full-time.


Duties & Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Conduct market research in collaboration with marketing, sales, and clients to identify service opportunities
  • Support the launch and improvement of products and services, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments
  • Draft and refine product requirement documents, developing product roadmaps for service evolution
  • Collaborate on building Statements of Work (SOWs) to meet identified client needs

Project Management

  • Work with clients and internal teams to define project objectives and scope
  • Assist the Head of Project Management in formulating detailed project plans
  • Proactively identify project risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure task delegation, progress tracking, and deadline adherence
  • Provide periodic updates to the Business Development Team on project status

Project Delivery

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations
  • Deliver weekly updates to clients or stakeholders on project status, outstanding items, and achievements
  • Ensure projects meet predefined quality standards and monitor their performance
  • Identify opportunities for project replication and document reusable components for broader client application

Qualifications, Skills, & AbilitiesRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A drive to learn new skills and software proficiencies

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with product management or project management tools
  • Experience working with healthcare or supply chain processes
