About the role:

For the Associate role, we are looking for candidates with 3-5 years’ prior experience at a high-quality, directly relevant outfit.

You absolutely must:

  • Have prior experience working at a multinational corporation (MNC) and/or have completed their education in the United States or Europe;
  • Have strong proficiency in written and verbal business English meeting or exceeding Western professional standards;
  • Be self-motivated, be able to give case studies of initiative and ability to work on your own, with guidance from prior work experience. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to get things done;
  • Have proven ability to deliver success working remotely in a prior role;
  • Have proven strong research and analytical skills;
  • Have excellent Excel and modelling abilities;
  • Have strong PowerPoint, presentation and design skills, with prior experience of working for US and European clients;
  • Have the ability to turn your work into actionable insights;
  • Have high attention to detail, but also the perspective to see the big picture; and
  • Have a strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and the willingness to work long hours at a high pace of delivery.

Additional qualifications such as the CFA or CAIA would be valuable.

You would be reporting day-to-day to the Chief of Staff and the Founder and will also be working on projects directly with our Founder in our small and fast-growing business. As an Associate you would support senior team members in conducting research and due diligence, and delivering advisory services for our clients. You would also be in charge of managing relationships with clients and overseeing junior members of the team. You will be a key player in the project team, managing project timelines, supporting our clients on their fundraising project management and building private markets investment programmes, contributing to and overseeing analytical tasks In addition, you will be working on our business development initiative, which includes identifying potential clients and conducting appropriate research on their business needs, arrange meetings with them, and support the search for new suitable business partners.

This is a full-time role, and we offer:
