Job Description
Provides tailored technical customer operations support. Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by reviewing work flows, procedures, and performance. Executes customer operations policies and procedures. Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with customers. Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution. Performs root-case analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations. Leads process improvement initiatives.
Basic Requirements
Gerenciar as entregas contratuais, relacionamentos com parceiros, fornecedores locais e externos,
tendo ainda como responsabilidade o gerenciamento financeiro e operacional de contratos de
suporte,
Responsável por renovações de contratos, elaboração de propostas, orçamentarias, previsibilidade
de custos e receita, desenvolvimento de provas de conceitos e alavancagem de protfolio,
cumprimento de metas financeiras, acompanhamento dos recebíveis;
Responsável pelo marketing de programas de pacotes de serviços com integração para múltiplas
camadas dentro de organizações de clientes da área de governo.
Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de clientes e planos de contas;
Desenvolvimento de relacionamentos com clientes que posicionarão a Motorola como lider no
fornecimento de Serviços de radiocomunicaçã especializado para orgãos de governo
Entendimento das necessidades do cliente e apoio nas operações dos nossos sistemas de
Radiocomunicação.
Suporte e sinergia com as equipes de Vendas, Engenharia e Produto, para elaborar propostas de
suporte e vendas de serviços, estabelecendo um ambiente colaborativo na organização
Gerenciamento de fornecedores e parceiros
Coordenar os processos de aquisição de insumos para os contratos de suporte
