There’s a fully remote interview and onboarding process and the ability to work from home full-time for the foreseeable; when possible, you’ll also join an annual conference to meet colleagues in the London office. There is also a possibility of offering Visa sponsorship to a deserving candidate to migrate to the United Kingdom with family.

We are looking for a candidate to join our highly Agile, multi-disciplinary teams working in DevOps practices and tooling to deliver high-quality services quickly. You will be hands-on in developing and implementing the test automation strategy. You will have a strong understanding of modern test practices with an ability to lead and mentor as we implement a maintainable automation framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Automation Skills/Experiences:

• Should be good with WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwrite or any other JS-based automation tool minimum of 2+ years of experience creating and executing an automated suite. – Must Have
• Should be familiar with Git or any other version controlling tool
• Active participation in discussions to clearly understand how to test the software.
• Creating or adding to automated test frameworks for:

• Participate in the design and development of the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Actively seek to improve the performance, code quality and architecture of the test automation solution
• Deliver detailed test reports from the execution of automated test suites.
• Support and mentor fellow testers on test automation.
• Document or knowledge share framework improvements or new technologies.

Manual Testing:

• Assessing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identifying test scenarios and creating test cases in Azure DevOps Test Plan using Test Driven Development.
• Functional, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing.
• Work with other testing team members to review and improve testing processes.
• Estimate the testing required, reporting status and issues to the line manager or scrum master.
• Recording test results/evidence in a clean and standardised manner.
• Active participation in, and contribution to, all Agile ceremonies.
• Host or contribute to software demos to the business or end users.
• Where required, arrange User Acceptance Testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
