Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools, with a focus on JavaScript and WebdriverIO. As a key member of our testing team, you will ensure the reliability and scalability of our products by automating critical test cases and collaborating with developers. Candidates with team leadership skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using WebdriverIO.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Perform end-to-end, functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Enhance automation coverage for web and mobile applications.
• Document test results, create detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficient in JavaScript and experience with testing frameworks such as WebdriverIO.
• At least 2 years of experience in test automation.
• Strong understanding of automation testing best practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• A solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and test case design.
• Team leadership skills are a plus, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Playwright is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
