Aviation Maintenance Training Instructor (Remote)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain maintenance training records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FAA/PRIA, and other regulations
• Deliver various types of training, including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training to maintenance personnel
• Assist maintenance employees with training questions and needs
• Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training
• Develop maintenance Learning Management System training classes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
• Minimum of 5 years of helicopter maintenance experience, including at least 2 years under CFR part 135 HAA environment
• Recent (within the last 6 months) experience with RAMCO required
• Recent (within the last 6 months) experience as an AMT maintaining an EC145 helicopter required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience functioning in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
• Prior training experience in the rotor wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
