About The Position

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your knowledge of cloud-based big data storage and processing, specifically using tools like S3, AWS Glue, and Apache Spark.
- Manipulate various SQL and NoSQL data structures to cater to diverse project requirements.
- Collaborate with an agile development team to facilitate the software development lifecycle efficiently.
- Participate in data modeling at both conceptual and logical levels, executing data models at the physical level (e.g., Star schema, Snowflake schema).
- Effectively manage data storage using Amazon Redshift, Amazon Glue, and other AWS services.
- Apply your expertise in core AWS services and architectural best practices to enhance solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications hosted on AWS, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
- Analyze project specifications, evaluate alternative designs, and recommend effective solutions within an AWS landscape.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL technologies.
- Contribute to data integration initiatives utilizing Informatica and AWS Integration.
- Maintain consistent communication with onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Cultivate clear communication and discussions among stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
- Acquaint yourself with Agile methodologies to boost team productivity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in S3, AWS Glue, Apache Spark, and Oracle/PL/SQL.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL data structures.
- Experience in developing AWS-based applications and knowledge of core AWS services.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Exposure to ETL processes, particularly using Informatica.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Development and Migration, focusing on AWS Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Redshift.
- At least 1 year of experience with Oracle/PL/SQL.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with ETL processes utilizing Informatica.
