Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in nurturing and expanding our sales of decorative material products for both residential and commercial applications. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives on cultivating robust client relationships and delivering exceptional service while devising innovative strategies to penetrate new markets across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Deliver outstanding service to existing clients while identifying avenues for account growth.
  • Sales & Presentations: Execute sales presentations, create product samples, and oversee the entire sales process—from order solicitation to production scheduling and post-sale support.
  • Customer Communication: Collaborate closely with clients’ Purchasing, Quality Control, R&D, Design, and Logistics teams to meet their requirements. Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure effective product development and timely delivery.
  • Market Research: Remain informed about industry design trends to promote new, marketable designs and colors, while identifying potential clients and opportunities.
  • Travel & Networking: Engage with current and prospective clients in person to advocate for our products and strengthen relationships. Participate in trade shows to network and uncover new business prospects.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports, manage customer correspondence, and handle quotations, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Other Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as needed to advance team objectives and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (no personal vehicle required).
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and applications.
  • A valid driver’s license.
