Key Responsibilities:
Lead all International B2B/B2G activities for the brand.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals on a global scale.
Lead and execute worldwide lead generation campaigns to support business development initiatives.
Craft and submit global tender responses, collaborating closely with sales and business teams.
Perform regular competitor analysis to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Oversee website launches, monitoring, and updates to ensure optimal user experience and performance.
Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to produce engaging content and marketing collateral.
Stay on top of emerging global trends, new marketing strategies, and innovative technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Create presentations and reports on marketing performance and strategies for stakeholders.
Look out for international events, conferences, and networking opportunities for potential marketing engagement and lead generation.
Use web analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B, B2G marketing.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and web analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent).
Experience in launching, monitoring, and maintaining websites.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement
Prior experience working in a tech start up is a plus.
Diverse certifications in digital marketing or related fields Is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
