We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue across our business-to-business (B2B) channels. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise positioning.
Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and analyse multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with the buyer journey and ensure seamless lead handovers.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces, tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Implement demand generation programs and manage the lead lifecycle, ensuring prospects are nurtured effectively through email workflows and personalized outreach.
- Track lead quality and conversion rates to assess ROI.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of ABM strategies and lead nurturing techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign success and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging B2B
