Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Supervisor

What will you do?

– Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
– Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to improve performance and skills.
– Assist in the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
– Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and other business partners.
– Oversee client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
– Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring that performance goals and targets are met.
– Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies.
– Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and delivery timelines.
– Work with the sales manager to identify and explore new market opportunities, potential clients, and regions for business expansion especially with Factories.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
– Experience in managing or supervising a sales team, with a focus on B2B clients such as Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and business partners.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and leading successful sales teams.
– Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
– In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, distribution models, and key players.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
