Position Highlights
Pay Rate: $31.69 per hour (paid biweekly)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Type: Contract-to-hire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid for candidates within 20 miles of Woonsocket, RI; fully remote for those outside the area.
Key Responsibilities
As The B2C Marketing Manager, You Will
Manage Campaigns: Oversee daily advertising and marketing communications efforts for our Marketing Strategy partners, including high-profile beauty promotions such as the Spring and Fall Epic Beauty Sales. Your campaigns will span across paid and owned channels like display ads, SMS, email, digital, and social media.
Build Partnerships: Forge strong connections across the Marketing Strategy team and with external ad agencies, becoming a go-to resource for project management and brief development.
Lead Projects: Set project priorities, manage deadlines, and take on a leadership role to ensure that all creative reviews and project milestones are achieved on time, including the development of Go-to-Market strategies for marketing launches.
Coordinate with Merchandising: Act as the main liaison with the merchandising team to ensure the master product list is accurately maintained and information is consistently up-to-date.
Drive Operations: Assist with operational tasks across traditional, digital, and social channels to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Understand the Market: Gain expertise in seasonal merchandise, target audiences, and the competitive landscape to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Embody Core Values: Display core values such as putting people first, collaborating effectively, building trust, taking on challenges, and simplifying processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a creative agency or retail B2C marketing role
2+ years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience, with proficiency in areas like email marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, and agency management
Hands-on experience with both paid and owned marketing channels
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital environments, with a strong understanding of content development and production
Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and solve problems within a dynamic team setting
A customer-focused, innovative mindset, bringing insights-driven recommendations to the team
Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and an effective communicator
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
