What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python, with occasional contributions in React and Next.js when the need arises.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high code quality and consistency across our projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regular 1-on-1 sessions and feedback discussions to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), deploying applications that integrate with TRUSTBYTES’ unique security risk measurement tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Python Expertise: Proven experience with production-level Python in a business environment.
• Agile Background: Solid experience in agile teams, ideally in an organization with multiple teams of developers, and familiarity with agile tools and practices.
• GCP Proficiency: Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of services like BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Airflow is a plus.
• Remote Work Experience: You’re familiar with the demands and benefits of remote work and have the independence and accountability needed to succeed.
• Front-End Collaboration: While your primary focus is backend, a willingness to work on React/Next.js is appreciated for cross-functional tasks.
