Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Back Office Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential candidates through online chat, providing them with information about our US Accounting Course, answering questions, and assisting with the enrollment process. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will help prospective students make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming online chat inquiries from potential candidates.
• Explain the US Accounting Course details, curriculum, and benefits.
• Answer questions about enrollment, course structure, and payment options.
• Assist candidates through the registration process and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and candidate experiences.

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
• Familiarity with accounting principles or a background in finance is a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in an online environment.
