Role Overview:

We need a talented Backend Developer with strong Python skills to work on a data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in object-oriented Python programming and be comfortable handling large-scale data processing tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain object-oriented Python applications
• Manage batch data processing and handle automation for large data jobs
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and manage Data Lakes
• Utilize AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to enhance data-driven applications
• Optimize performance of data queries, jobs, and pipelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Work with GCP, Docker, and Git version control systems (GitLab/GitHub)
• Collaborate with a flexible, dynamic team, while independently managing tasks and responsibilities
• Continuously improve through constructive feedback and learning from past experiences

Requirements:

• Significant experience with Python and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience in batch data processing or similar environments involving large-scale data jobs
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and Data Lakes
• Solid knowledge of GPC, Docker, and Git (GitLab/GitHub)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Strong initiative and independent decision-making abilities
• Flexible team player, able to collaborate effectively with others

Nice-to-Haves:

• Passion for Generative AI and experience with AI projects
• Familiarity with AI techniques such as Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), Transfer Learning, and Model Fine-Tuning
• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
