Your Key Responsibilities:

💻 Develop applications aligned with the company roadmap, contributing innovative ideas to maximize client value

🤝 Collaborate with the tech team and other developers to define and deliver impactful solutions

📈 Drive the radical transformation of operations to support 3–4X annual growth while maintaining high-quality standards

🔧 Design and implement processes, tools, and workflows across teams (marketing, caregiver recruitment, case management, admin)

🛠️ Ensure operational teams have the support they need to excel (work environments, tools, and workflows)

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Experience: 5–8 years in backend development, with proven leadership in team environments

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Django for building scalable and robust applications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment
• Expertise in designing and managing RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration

✅ Scalability Mindset: Ability to design and implement processes that support rapid growth

✅ Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high service standards even at scale
