ACE OF FADEZ PREMIUM GENTLEMAN’S SALON IS EXPANDING! (Candidates in Australia only!!!!)

Position available in our Crows Nest and also Lane Cove locations.

$77,700 – $88,800 plus commissions. Must have at least 3 years shop experience.

Our Role is for a 4-6 days a week posting in our team. We are open to taking on passionate and dedicated Trainees or Junior Barbers also at a different annual rate.

1. $38,850 – $55,750 annual plus commissions for 1 – 2 years shop experience.

ACE OF FADEZ has invested in a liquor licence & will pay for employee RSA qualification to serve Liquor.

Duties:

1. Welcoming clients & booking appointments in person and over the phone.
2. Using Fresha online service to move and adjust appointments to maximise services
3. Consulting clients regarding desired hairstyles & recommending products accordingly
4. Offering styling advice & recommendations to clients to achieve their desired hairstyle
5. Washing, shampooing, conditioning & blow drying hair
6. Providing steam facials, & clean shaves with hot/cold towel service.
7. Shaving, trimming & shaping client’s facial hair
8. Providing hair treatments & colouring (if you have previous experience)
9. Waxing the nose 
10. Ensuring any tools/instruments are cleaned & sanitised after use
11. Ensuring a clean work station
12. Supervising apprentices & trainees (as a senior stylist)
13. Cleaning & sweeping shop

14. Servicing the mini bar

To fit this role you must meet the following requirements: 

• 3 years experience as a barber. 5 years for senior barber positions
• Experience in all areas of barbering: long & short hair, scissor skills
• Must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Passionate & dedicated to the craft
• Work well individually & as a team
• Hard working & want to reach your full potential as a barber/stylist
• Must be well groomed & have great presentation
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Bonus: If you have experience in colouring, bleaching or applying treatments to hair!
