The successful candidate will possess a robust network in either the corporate or government sectors and demonstrate the ability to cultivate, develop, and sustain authentic relationships. The BDM must have the ability to sell a complex suite of digital products and be able to tailor the approach to various businesses relative to their needs.

What do you do?

  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.  
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. your existing network to generate sales and increase brand reach across Australia.  
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Management team to develop and implement business development plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with others departments within the organisation
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse data to develop strategies for business expansion. 

  
What do you need?  

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Previous experience dealing corporate businesses and Government
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
