Job Description-
- Find new leads who is interested to work with Recruitment Consultancy.
- Conduct research to identify new markets.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Close the deal.
- Handling end to end operational responsibilities (From empanelment, sending business proposals to the new clients, negotiation in service fees if required.
- Interacting with clients for requirements, coordinating with internal team for recruitments.
- Coordinating with clients till joining.
- Coordinating with clients accounts team billing, payments, TDS, mainlining service agreements, Statutory documents, Billing tracker other reports.
- Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-service care as well as gaining and using feedback.
- Generating additional revenue by bringing new business from existing clients.
- Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
- Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. Helping sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services. Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
- Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Drafting and vetting agreements/addendums. Also ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both employer and clients.
- Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-service care as well as gaining and using feedback.
