In this role, you will be working alongside an engaged, passionate, ambitious team who will take the time to support you and provide you the best chance of success. This position requires you to be in the office for two days each week, located at 15/10 Chilvers Road, Thornleigh, NSW 2120.

Responsibilities:

· Expand the customer base by establishing connections with decision-makers through cold calling, achieving daily call targets.

· Develop and manage relationships with assigned accounts, building strong and lasting connections with clients.

· Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing personalized assistance regarding orders and shipping information.

· Research potential clients and their business needs to offer customized product recommendations and quotes to drive sales.

· Act as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients.

· Plan and execute 5-6 annual trade shows in Europe, representing PrimePac with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Provide operational feedback to streamline and enhance the localization of our online channels and align product offerings with the European market.

Office Requirements:

This position requires two days per week in the office, located at 15/10 Chilvers Road, Thornleigh, NSW 2120

To apply in BDM:

· Proven experience in Business Development, or sales, preferably in Packaging industry field.

· Strong knowledge of the UK and Europe market, including key players, industry trends, and regulations.

· Effective resolution of customer disputes to enhance customer experience

· Familiarity with CRM sales funnel management

· Willingness to travel for trade shows, and client visits as needed.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently to meet targets.

Able to work independently with self-discipline, runs proper documentation and regular reporting
