Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized coaching through video sessions and asynchronous chat using our digital tools
- Support multidisciplinary care teams by bridging communication between families and providers
- Assist members by customizing content available on the app and navigate members to different services when they are ready
- Collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and implement new workshops, webinars, and content
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to accommodate a M-F 12pm-8pm PST
- Masters degree in a psychology related field
- 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting
- 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families
- Experience with child and family focused CBT, motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting
OR
- Bachelor’s degree and NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certification
- 5 years relevant experience, to include direct service in a behavioral health setting
- 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

This position is 100% remote. The target range for this position is $42,000 – $67,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including certifications, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
