We are actively seeking a motivated Beverage Procurement Specialist to join our reputable team. You will be essential in ensuring that our beverage selections remain innovative and appealing to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast customer demand and place orders to meet their preferences.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, quality, and service with suppliers to maximize value.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and promote compliance across the organization.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors, store operations, and distribution centers.
• Analyze data reports to oversee costs, quality, and inventory performance metrics.
• Address and resolve any inventory-related issues or billing discrepancies at the store level.
• Stay updated on market trends and evaluate promotional effects on product offerings.
• Conduct store visits to gather insights and evaluate program success.
• Manage accounts payable processes and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or vendor management within the beverage sector or retail.
• Additional experience in marketing, logistics, or store operations is advantageous.
• Strong background in beverage procurement, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for relationship-building purposes.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.
