Are you ready to make a splash in the beverage industry? We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with deep expertise in non-alcoholic beverage solutions to join our team and drive the growth of VELCORIN and NAGARDO! This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, self-motivated sales professional with a technical background and a passion for innovation in beverage stabilization and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Broaden the use of VELCORIN and NAGARDO at non-alcoholic beverage companies, gaining new accounts and building new markets to increase sales and profitability.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Develop and implement strategies for generating leads, building, and maintaining a robust sales funnel.
  • New Business Development: Leverage connections with associations and industry organizations to identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with potential customers.
  • Customer Consultations: Conduct customer visits, serve as a technical consultant on beverage stabilizing technologies, and advise on plant hygiene, sanitation, and process control solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data on product applications, pricing, and potential volumes to optimize sales strategies.
  • Forecasting & Budget Management: Accurately forecast sales, reconcile variances, and achieve turnover targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the “voice of the customer” to internal teams, working cross-functionally to address customer needs and refine our offerings.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, fairs, society events, and internal meetings to stay connected to industry trends and promote our solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Food Science preferred), or comparable sales experience in the industry.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven field sales or marketing experience in food ingredients, cleaning agents, or other technical supplies within the beverage industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the beverage industry, including beverage stabilization, plant hygiene, and process control.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaborate productively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (more than 80% of the time), primarily domestic with occasional international trips.
