– Create and submit tailored, compelling proposals to win projects

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings

– Manage project negotiations and ensure contracts are finalized

– Track and report on bidding success rates and related metrics

– Proven experience as a Bidding Specialist on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
