Position Summary

As a prominent provider of behavioral health services, we are committed to empowering communities and enabling dreams to flourish. We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Community Mental Health Program Manager to spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of our essential mental health support initiative for the Latino community across various counties in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the program’s execution, ensuring it aligns with both organizational objectives and community needs. Administer budgets, track progress, and assess program outcomes.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direct oversight to Community Mental Health Workers, Outreach Leads, and Schedulers. Facilitate regular performance feedback, ensure adherence to policies, and support team development.
- Community Relations: Organize site visits, conduct stakeholder meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to showcase program impact.
- General Duties: Engage in organizational initiatives, participate in fundraising activities, and take advantage of professional learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, with the ability to document clinical interactions in English.
- Demonstrated expertise in program or project management.
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel once a week to program locations.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in community-based or mental health program roles.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven history of managing budgets and achieving program outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with diverse stakeholders.

- Annual salary starting at $60,000, commensurate with experience.
