Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing prompt, helpful, and real-time support
• Handle inbound phone calls, address concerns, and offer friendly assistance
• Accurately input and maintain customer records
• Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year required)
• Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written German, along with strong English communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of general commerce and customer needs
• A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring

Position Details:

This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from August 2024 – March 2025. (Please note that we offer long-term opportunities for agents based on interest and performance.)
