What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in the creation, analysis, and automation of billing productivity and performance reports
• Produce weekly and monthly billing productivity and performance reports as needed
• Provide the Operations Management Team with valuable analysis data for decision-making
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly billing activities, including billing, auditing, and resubmissions
• Ensure timely resolution and tracking of billing issues, responding effectively to client inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of healthcare billing experience
• Proven ability to manage timely and accurate billing processes
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage client expectations
• Resourceful and patient approach to problem-solving
• Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with automation of billing processes
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and policies
• Strong analytical skills for producing performance reports
• Previous experience in a remote work setting
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices
