EDUCATION REQUIRED

Diploma/B.E./ B. Tech in Civil/B.Arch. from a recognized University.

Mid-Level: 5 to 7 years

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

(DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ETC)

• Develop and maintain 2D drawings for SD, DD and CD set using Revit.
• Generate 2D construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, detailed sections, schedules, Drafting views and legends predominantly in Revit.
• Should be able to understand changes/Blue beam markups provided by client and should have problem-solving ability to execute markups.
• Ensure BIM drawings are in alignment with the required Level of Development (LOD).
• Update and manage technical libraries, including 2D and 3D families /Components in Revit.
• Handle tasks related to Revit such as 3D coordination structural discipline, clash detection and creating/modifying Revit families.
• Maintain adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow.
• Monitor and deliver high quality drawing sets ensuring timely project progress from inception to completion.
• Stay updated with evolving BIM standards, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with BIM 360/ BIM Collaborate Pro is must.
• Deliver work in alignment with company and regulatory standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.

SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Having experience in PyRevit, Di-roots is added advantage

MUST REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD (2D), Bluebeam, and MS-Office.
