We are actively seeking a skilled Nurse Advice Line Supervisor to join our dynamic telehealth team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a committed group of registered nurses delivering 24⁄7 triage services, self-care guidance, and comprehensive health advice to eligible Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled care coordination and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration among healthcare providers, nurses, and customer service teams utilizing advanced telehealth technologies.
• Identify and implement strategies for enhancing care quality and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct routine audits and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Foster a culture of open and transparent communication within a virtual team setting.
• Provide specialized support and guidance on electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Deliver direct assistance to nursing personnel and patients in line with military health system protocols.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or Washington, D.C.
• Capability to pass all required credentialing and background checks as stipulated by the contracting office.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
