❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

Imagine launching your own brand with the support of a powerhouse e-commerce team, turning your entrepreneurial vision into reality. As the Brand Manager, you’ll have the resources, expertise, and a share of the success, making every victory a collective celebration.

You’ll refine the product journey by leveraging customer insights to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and manage churn rates. At the same time, you’ll have the creative freedom to introduce products that align with the brand’s values, strategically increasing AOV to deliver maximum impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cross-Functional Strategy Development: Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement.
  • Market Research & Growth: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Decision-Making: Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • E-Commerce Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A passionate e-commerce enthusiast with a deep understanding of consumer needs, driven by the joy of shopping and the challenge of building brands from scratch.
  • Creative and strategically inclined, with a knack for spotting trends, envisioning products, and developing brands that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands and delivering measurable growth through data-driven strategies and hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and operations teams to drive success.
  • Motivated by shared success, with a focus on strategic thinking and delivering impactful results in dynamic e-commerce environments.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style since we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
  • One-sided video interview to record your responses at your convenience, allowing us to get a glimpse of your skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, expectations.
  • Home Task.
  • 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss: the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills. Have a both-sided Q&A session.
  • Decision & Feedback from us.

SALARY

€1,500 – €3000 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) + bonus percentage.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
