Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic brand growth initiatives and comprehensive business plans to enhance brand value and drive revenue.
• Stay ahead of market trends by closely monitoring consumer behavior, customer needs, and market dynamics, and continuously assess the performance of business operations and marketing strategies.
• Craft and execute communication strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to resonate with Chinese consumers, aiming to spur business expansion.
• Collaborate with both global and local teams to foster strong innovation pipeline.
• Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently to meet P&L metrics and objectives.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, motivate project teams, and oversee external agencies to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven track record in leading the development and execution of brand strategies and business plans.
• Exceptional skills in brand communication and innovation.
• Skillful at digital and social driven marketing, and adept at driving e-commerce business.
• Proficiency in market analysis, including consumer data, shopper behavior, and category trend interpretation.
• Experience in working within multi-functional and cross-geographical teams, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and global/regional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated budget planning and management expertise.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably with a management trainee background
