Salary Range: £30,000-£36,000

Location: Remote – will require travel to both internal and external sites up to once per month

Broker Video Account Executive: As a Broker Video Account Executive you will be the beating heart for our Regional Brokers. In the last 2 years alone, we have grown from £70m to £150m and continue to grow on this trajectory.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results orientated person to join our Broker Management team. You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally to support the growth of this segment and will have a sound understanding of our strategy and what sits within our appetite. Being able to identify trends and interpret sales data is key, along with competency across all Microsoft programmes (Excel and Powerpoint).

Please note: The position will be on a remote basis, although travel to internal and external sites will be required up to once per month.

Main Responsibilities as Broker Video Account Executive:

• Responsible for developing your allocated panel of regional brokers via structured account meetings, including the delivery of presentations and sharing of MI.
• Providing additional support on some of the larger regional accounts through the supply of MI.
• Responsible for onboarding new brokers via our agency application process, creating excellent first impressions of Ageas.
• Deliver to GWP and COR targets across your accounts.
• Maximising opportunities based on the appetite of our business.
• Understanding our product range and suitability for brokers and ensuring brokers have access to our core product suite.
• Obtaining market intelligence and trend analysis to support our strategy and continue to deliver growth opportunities.
• Able to represent Ageas at external key events (BIBA, Broker Expo, etc)
• Work closely with underwriting teams, risk and market pricing teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are met.
• A good awareness of regulatory changes that impact Ageas and our brokers.

Skills and experience you need as Broker Video Account Executive:

• CII Qualification or working towards.
• Experience within the insurance industry and specific knowledge of Ageas products.
• Account Management and/or business development experience is preferred.
• Fully Microsoft proficient with experience analysing data in Excel and presenting results in Powerpoint.
• Demonstrable experience of building both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
• An excellent time-manager, well organised and able to prioritise; successfully works towards deadlines.
