Brokers Coordinator (Remote)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Tracking and reporting on brokers’ performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and other key indicators;
• Preparation of detailed financial reports related to broker activities, including monthly margin reconciliations and profitability analysis;
• Leading negotiations of terms and contracts with brokers, and monitoring their implementation;
• Managing and resolving operational and strategic issues related to broker activities;
• Organizing training and development programs for brokers to ensure they are well-prepared to meet business objectives;
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, including maintaining documentation and conducting compliance audits;
• Preparing regular strategic reports for the Director of Brokerage, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for further actions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent;
• +3 years of experience working for a trading company;
• Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Empathy, Time Management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel).
