What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage BMS offshore technical team for Life Sciences projects
• Provide technical solutions and architecture inputs for BMS projects
• Coordinate team activities and interface with clients for requirements gathering
• Ensure compliance to project deliverables and timeline
• Review and manage BMS design and document deliverables

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in BMS engineering within the life sciences industry
• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Siemens Desigo CC and relevant software tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Knowledge of GVault and Kneat or similar document control and validation systems
• Familiarity with life sciences BMS regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
