What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide support for business users on enterprise-level applications including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint Online
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and document processes
• Collaborate with resources to ensure design requirements reflect defined business processes
• Support the creation of test plans and training materials relevant to projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and interacting with business users
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• SharePoint Online site design experience
• Project management experience
• Design and implementation of business process workflows
