They are currently leading their teams through a huge change initiative including migrating our entire application portfolio to a Cloud environment, and onwards towards a new operating model which will see the business unit adopt new ways of working.
Our people play a critical role in supporting the management of clean, safe, water and wastewater products in WA. The IT team ensure key safety, risk and operational systems are always available for our operators on the front line, and the data in those systems is correct.
We’re looking for a superstar to mentor our application support team in navigating their journey to the cloud and unleash a new service orientated capability whilst keeping our systems available and properly maintained.
If you’re an experienced team lead who is comfortable with Cloud, have led teams through transformative initiatives and understand service delivery from a customer experience perspective we’d love to meet you!

About the role:
Your team’s portfolio includes process automation, Power Platform and document management applications. They are responsible for application lifecycle management, provide SME advice to projects, manage stakeholders, adhere to ITIL processes and ensure anything going to production is going to make everyone’s lives easier.
Above all they are looking for a team lead who understands the brave new world they are entering and coaches and supports them on the journey, always with Water Corporation values at the heart of everything they do.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include:
- Organising & leading your team to provide support to our Cloud migration initiative.
- Working with your team to develop a roadmap for your application portfolio
- Managing risk whilst maintaining service levels, and achieving good outcomes for our partner
- Coaching team members in the skills and capabilities they’ll need in our new operating model and how to navigate the journey to get there.
