Job Description: Business Developer :- We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Developer Intern to join our software services and products company. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with 1-2, 2-3 years of experience preferred, including internships or freelance work. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a keen interest in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on practical learning. Key Responsibilities: – Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through online research, networking, and social media. – Freelance and Bidding Platforms: Support in monitoring freelance portals (such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for relevant projects and assisting with bids and proposals. – Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients, assisting with inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups. – Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling to introduce our services, build client interest, and set up initial meetings. – Data Management: Update and maintain a daily datasheet of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline. – Client Meetings: Support in scheduling and attending online meetings with clients to understand their requirements. – Feedback Collection: Help collect client feedback to improve our service offerings and client satisfaction. -Deal Support: Assist in the deal closure process, ensuring smooth communication and handover to the project team. -Relationship Building: Help nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (final year students or recent graduates are welcome). – 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, internships, or freelancing. – Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. – Basic knowledge or experience with freelance and bidding platforms is preferred. – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. – Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. – Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. – Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets for data management. Compensation: This is an internship position with the opportunity for a full-time role based on performance. The role includes a stipend and potential performance-based commissions over projects.
