Business Developer Poland

Full Time (38hrs)| Warsaw

Why are we looking for you?

To expand our brand awareness in Poland we are looking for a Business Developer Poland with experience in content and copy writing. You are our boots on the ground, translate and craft textual content that is reflecting our brand tone of voice and conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible. In addition, to help us with providing input from the market, you will assist PR agencies and events, and become the link between our content and Polish speaking customer.

You can work independently although you are a true team player, who will contribute knowledge, character, and passion towards the team and the team’s goals. You are flexible in taking on various tasks from strategical planning towards operational tasks.

What will you be doing?

Support crafting and communicating our brand voice, ensuring messaging and tonality are consistent across all channels

Write engaging short- and long- form copy for a variety of content channels: website, Marketplaces, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Retention, PR

Translate and adapt centrally created English content to Polish

Manage PR, influencer and community strategy of Poland

Build relation and manage the relations with influencers and community in Poland

Flexible in supporting Events and PR

Collaborate with the campaign, creative, and marketing teams to develop exciting content topics

Representing our brand on social media

What will you bring?

• At least 3-5 years of business development and/or PR management experience
• You must have copywriting and translating experience
• Some knowledge in SEO
• Full professional fluency in Polish and English
• Knowledge of skincare/beauty industry is a must
• Experience with the agile way of working is a plus
