We’re in an exciting period of growth, and we’re looking for the right person to join our Wavelength team.

Position Objective:
The Business Development/Account Manager will be responsible for an exciting mix of new business acquisitions that turn into client revenue growth and client satisfaction. The Business Development/Account Manager will assist clients, resolve issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Winning new business clients and developing value based, and trusted relationships.
  • Works proactively to expand our services with existing clients
  • Manages client accounts, including work in progress reports, meetings, turning opportunities into sales and building a strong relationship with the client
  • Reporting on client sales, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Leverage the global success of Wavelength to increase penetration into new verticals and re-energise previous conversations
  • Working with our sales and marketing team to maintain regular communications with existing and new clients
  • Keeping documentation and records of client interactions in ZOHO CRM.
  • Conducting customer service presentations, sales presentations and hosting client events and workshops
  • Developing surveys and obtaining client information, satisfaction, and feedback
  • Dealing with client requests and trouble-shooting issues
  • WFH mainly with occasional office days but will be meeting top tier clients F2F

About you

  • Client services management experience in the learning and/or technology sectors
  • Ability to manage client accounts, including work in progress reports, meetings, turning opportunities into sales, and building a strong relationship with the client
  • Ability to lead and manage own workflow, resource planning, and sales forecasting
  • Proactively identifies what work is required and carries through on tasks
  • Rises to challenges with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to proactively seek new business opportunities from existing clients
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate successfully with key stakeholders.
  • Relevant post-graduate or specialist qualifications
