Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Qodequay, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. You will help Qodequay expand its market presence and develop strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and services.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends, providing recommendations to tailor Qodequay’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and close sales.
- Track and report key metrics, including pipeline growth, sales targets, and client satisfaction.
- Represent Qodequay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in the tech industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering value to clients.
