What You’ll Do for Kodiva Recruiter:

  • Drive business development for our Kodiva Recruiter service, generating and managing leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Pitch and sell Kodiva Recruiter’s end-to-end recruitment services to HR leaders, recruitment managers, CTOs and CXOs.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing tailored solutions that reduce their recruitment costs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of Kodiva Recruiter services to clients.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment services, preferably in HRTech or staffing agencies.
  • Experience with recruitment sales and a deep understanding of resume sourcing, candidate screening, and ATS systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.
  • Self-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
