Role Overview
We’re seeking a Strategic Business Development Associate to join our dynamic pre-seed startup team. This role combines investor relations support, client relationship management, and strategic documentation development. The ideal candidate will work directly with our executive team to drive growth initiatives and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Relations & Strategic Documentation
- Support due diligence preparation and investor communications
- Develop and customize pitch decks and financial models
- Create comprehensive market analysis and technology documentation
- Prepare and maintain traction metrics and projections
Client Relationship Management
- Execute systematic follow-up strategies with potential clients
- Manage and optimize our client relationship pipeline
- Develop and maintain comprehensive CRM systems
- Create engagement tracking mechanisms and reporting structures
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with our creative team on presentation materials
- Support market positioning and competitive analysis
- Contribute to product strategy and market research
- Assist in developing strategic business documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or related technology sectors
- Proven track record in investor relations support or client relationship management
- Strong financial modeling and analysis capabilities
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and follow-up processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fleet management or IoT industry
- Startup experience
- Experience with customizing investor presentations
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
